I placed my order in NOVEMBER on the website. (Because the store is always out of stock) 2 weeks goes by, no package. I call, get an operator with badly broken English; so I then call corporate office in California, it's ONE GUY at a front desk who then tells me everyone is working from home and UNAVAILABLE since it's 5 days until Christmas. So he transfers me to the 800# again, they tell me because the company created a label they aren't able to refund me my money. They had to "escalate it" to someone else who will be able to follow the paper trail, and I would have to wait for someone to get in touch with me. It's been 2 weeks, nobody's returned my emails or calls and when I call to check status, it's a nightmare of communication & confusion. They will RIP YOU OFF. Never will I purchase online again with these people. At this point, Im just cutting my ties, they can keep the $200.
