“Very Very Disapointed”

I aquired Tristan a month ago and was very disapointed on the handling of the puppy, as he has a damaged ear. His pictures looke normal but when I got tristan something happened on his way over and they had no explanationwhy. He was not Dewormed. I believe this was carelessness fro the breeder and all at puppyspot.
Very Very DISAPOINTING.
