A fraud shopper(bad shopper with number*******109), she/he stole my money and insisting on ignoring my opened tickets without any response to my questions about my money, what's a shame!?
Shoppre is not good as expected especially the bad shopper with number*******109 because she/he is playing games all the time And reflecting a very bad image about Shoppre store.
I placed my last order(PS*******5937) on 10th of March and one item still pending without any update on it, is that professional/logical?!
I opened 2 tickets but without any real action or fit solution as usual.!
If this is your followed policy with your loyal customers then please confirm in order to stop placing orders over your portal, simply. Or better to hire a well trained shoppers inside your team instead of this bad shopper because she/he will make your rank at the bottom level.
