I wished I had researched Sitejabber before I made a purchase from Cushions.com -- it would've saved me lots of aggravation. STAY AWAY from this website and its affiliates like plague.
I had a similar experience to other reviewers except my fabric came in less than half of the yardage I ordered. I called the customer support and gave them an option of sending the missing fabric or returning what I had received for a full refund if they prepay return shipping. I was told that my order had been complete based on their review and that was it. Fortunately when I contacted my credit card company, they were able to reverse the purchase for me. Cushions.com finally decided to respond to my email request after 42 days of receipt and after the credit reversal. Their response was if I don't return the fabric they will contact the law enforcement. That's beyond just bad customer service. I think they're fraud. Cushions.com operates a number of affiliated websites under different names. Buyers please be aware.
