“Pre order is worthless”

I've pre ordered 6 movies and gotten none of them, have to pay full $ as soon as they come out I can buy with no issues.
What bull$#*! and hard to have proof unless isn't not out yet then, it says your pre order confirmed...when it's out it's just disappears

Signed up, bought like 6 movies to watch while on the plane as traveling is a part of life....
