I purchased a Samsung appliance package from AJ Madison, only to receive the stainless refrigerator with a huge dent in it. I spend a total of 7 weeks trying to get it resolved. Every time I tried calling, I would spend at least 40 minutes on hold. When they finally opened a ticket with Samsung to repair the door, I had to PAY for the repair because AJ Madison was unreachable for the payment. I called Samsung directly, and all I got was that it was the retailer's responsibility. I will never buy from them again.
