“Bad cancel process!”

Check westjet change/canllation without fee.
Call justfly and wait 3-4 hours get connected.
One rep said no refundable. Ask her to check westjet, then
Transfer to supervisor said cancel with a fee, ask him to check westjet.
The phone voice cannot be heard clearly any more.
The phone was hanged off.
