“Bad parts”

I ordered three power packs and only one of the worked one had even been installed and shipped back to me after your policy state's if installed or used you can't return them but you sent me one that I can look at and can tell its been installed... These I will not return in fear of someone else WILL end up with them I will eat the lost but never buy any parts from you GUYS... you are fired and will never send any PARTS to my shop again... Have a nice day...

Because next day air is next day air shipping is five dollars then you charge $50 for next day...
