“Express shipping”

I ordered a holiday shirt on 11/08 at 15:00 for a party and spent extra money for the express shipping to be sent 3 to 7 days. The party is today and it is the 18th and still no shirt. The tracking number does not even show any status and the confirmation email said shipping immediately. That was a waste of $37.00.

I ordered well in time for my holiday only to learn they did not have some of the items ordered...
