Terrible experience. DO NOT USE.
UPDATE (17/10): despite protracted discussions with the customer service team including photographic evidence of damage (no-one else has access to the flat and we were the first people to enter the flat following the clean), Housekeep have refused to accept responsibility and have dropped the matter. Essentially telling me that they do not believe my version of affairs. This is the most unprofessional outcome that I have ever had with a service provider.
After the first clean with Housekeep, over £100 of damage was caused in the master bedroom and en-suite. After filing a complaint, I was asked to provide a huge amount of detail (which I was happy to provide), after which I was told that Housekeep outright did not believe me despite photographic proof. They have agreed to refund my cleaning fee but will not refund the total damage because they simply refuse to accept responsibility, despite their terms saying that they will cover £1,000 of damage. The complaint process has been long and arduous and the customer service representative (Jabed) came across as highly skeptical.
I cannot emphasize enough that you should not use this unprofessional service.
