Purchased 2 sweaters in July 2023. They didn't "ship" till October 2023. Mid November, I got an email from the Taylor Swift store saying my package was delivered even though it wasn't. The tracking number on Fedex shows PENDING status. Wrote 10 separate emails to Taylor Swift customer service and got 2 bot responses back. No other replies. Now going through credit card company to get my money back. Taylor Swift should be ASHAMED of her online store. Absolute worst customer service ever.
