The algorithm is absolutely awful. Idk if it's an attempt to force you to buy a subscription, but everyone with a subscription complains as well. People SHOULD NOT be able to message without matching... that's most of the complaints. People are reaching out and unread, ghosted, etc. Then the weirdest feature of all is being able to see how many times someone has view your profile. There aren't that many people in one area from my experience... but it's also easy to forget if I haven't seen them before. This gives people a false sense of interest... noooooo, I was just reading your profile to get a vibe.

PS will hit gold if they modeled Hinge or OkCupid. They probably think they're successful because of the crazy high membership.
