Skipped lag are thieves! This company does not have a phone number for a reason. They only communicate through email so they can ignore customers that are requesting refunds. First i was told 1-2 business then 3-5 and then 10-15. We are already on the 15th business day and now they ignore my emails. They charged my card fraudulently for $768.20 and I have been trying to communicate with them but they give me the runaround/ignore me as if they are trying to keep my money. Be careful with Skiplagged and be prepared to fight for your money if you ever need it returned from them.
