Made the unfortunate mistake of using their service. I paid for the 14-day period and then charged again for that same period. I spoke with customer service which was infuriating in and of itself. He kept explaining that I was charged for the 14-day period even though I already paid for it. Wouldn't be surprised if I got charged again for a hidden cancellation fee. Use any other service. Your university has free resume help. Pay your graphic design friend a tall boy for a higher quality resume.
Tip for consumers:
Just don’t use it. You’ll be trapped in random payments that can’t be explained. The employees are not allowed to give you a refund and the supervisor is a “private person” that cannot be reached.
