I placed an order on August 30,2016 and got an email saying it has been shipped. There is no way of tracking the order and I want to know how long it takes for an order to be shipped and received. When you go onto the website it only states that the item has been shipped. Nothing more to check on. This is no acceptable. There should be a tracking number or sort to see when my order will arrive.
