I had the same experience as nearly everyone else here. The product does nothing, and I was charged even before the end of the free trial period. Customer service tried to tell me that everything was disclosed in the terms and conditions, but I was never even taken to a terms page. They ended up saying they will refund 50% of the $200 they took, but that it will take 10-15 days to process. I am initiating a chargeback complaint and canceling my debit card.
