“WELL PLANNED SCAM_ COULD NOT GET REFUND”

First of all the product stinks - literally. Just watered down cold cream. Then they carefully bury the terms and conditions so you think you are only paying for a trial sample - then you get billed almost $90 for the crap, and if you don't catch it - as I did not since my husband pays the credit card bills - you don't get your money back. It's all basically legitimate because they have "terms and conditions" in the right sized font but it is buried. These people are shameless and should be run out of business. SHAME ON YOU NUVALIFT! This company is a scam. They say they are giving you samples to evaluate for the cost of shipping, but then they charge you for a month's supply 14 days after you order (even though you may not even receive the product for a week or more)? When I saw almost $200 charged to my credit card I called right away and was rudely told the tiny trial tubes were a 30 day supply and everything is covered in their terms and conditions. WHAT A RIP OFF!

I ordered $9.99 one-time trial. I paid shipping. Received NO invoice, or paperwork. Product arrived with no invoice. Found $89.95 charge each month (total $179.90) TAKEN from my bank.
No one answers the phone number, except machine. Contacted my bank. Filed dispute. They said they will refund. We will see. Nevertheless, what about all the older senior citizens they are scamming? Or, single mothers? Some banks make it impossible to cancel easily. What Federal agency can stop these thieves?

Can't believe how someone can scam people. Just not right. Before you purchase anything do your homework. That's why i love The firm from nerium. It does what it says, money back guarantee, patented and with real science and natural ingredients. I'm a true testimony. For more information go to www.skinmiami.nerium.com. All ingredients and prices are there to see not like this where you can't find any information on what thw product really has.

I had the same experience as nearly everyone else here. The product does nothing, and I was charged even before the end of the free trial period. Customer service tried to tell me that everything was disclosed in the terms and conditions, but I was never even taken to a terms page. They ended up saying they will refund 50% of the $200 they took, but that it will take 10-15 days to process. I am initiating a chargeback complaint and canceling my debit card.

Do not try this product through the FREE trial unless you can afford $200.00 a month. The information regarding additional shipments was not provided. When the product arrived, there was no information regarding additional shipments or the cost of the product that they will charge you without your knowledge. When you call the company, be ready for their scripted response and they stick to it. I encourage everyone that has been scammed by this company to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I have had a bad experience when I bought this product. I was suppose to pay only shipping charge, but instead I pay the full price for the product. Please beware of the scam that they run on Nuvalift wrinkle cream. What ever buy again.

Why are they not in jail?
Why does the Credit Card company not reverse the charges, unless they are part of the scam?

I requested a free trail as per an advertisement stating that I only had to pay the shipping charge. I received the product with no invoice or explanation I was charge the $4.95. This morning while checking my bank statement there was a $99.95 charge from Beauty Harmony Shop which represent them. I was informed that I signed an agreement to have this deducted.? Don. T know what these people are talking about I did not authorize this deduction... The only reason I agreed because this was to be a FREE trial. Now they want to negotiate a half price deal so I can continue using their product. CROOKS! CROOKS! CROOKS!

SCAM! They send crème sample for $4.95, but beware as they then have signed you up to purchase it monthly at a large fee. The first mailing of a super tiny jar of crème, comes within days of receiving the sample charging you nearly $85.00 per month. Plus they make it very difficult to cancel. I cancelled many times yet they kept sending it and billing me. The product also was a disappointment.

These people scam honest hard working people and then have the audacity to be rude when you "finally" find the number you are supposed to call to cancel after free trial. They send you the product with no info or contact info, that is sketchy in itself.

I canceled this product in February. I even sent Dr. Oz and Rachel Ray an email regarding the practices of this company since their names are used in the advertising of this product. Of course, Dr. Oz and Miss Ray are much to business to reply to an email about the service that a product that they endorse that the average person has to deal with. Nuvalift failed to give me a cancelation number and they said that the party that I spoke with doesn't work there. Doesn't that seem a little funny? Now I am stuck with a product I can not use and must pay $84.87! The old saying Buyer beware is true with this company. I wouldn't even buy a bar of soap from this company. If however, this review will keep someone else from being sucked in to their product then it will be work the $84.87!

Tried talking with the representative trying to explain that if I had known the product would cost me 99.95 I would have never purchased the free trial. Trtail is let me try the product to see if it works for my particular skin or is it just a lotion. They automatically charge my account with an on going charge of 99.95 per month! No where in the ad you will find the cost of the merchandise it would duture costumes from the trail offer, in the mean time after trying to talk with customer service that I was not interested in their product they continued to charge me with a product that I don't want or like, beware seniors theses products are gears towards seniors and they just don't care that it would be a Hugh chunk of you SSI income.

The product broke out my face and the company did not respond to my phone calls or emails until conveniently for them after my 14 day trial was over and said too bad we charged your credit card 85.00. Bad, bad business. Rip off.

Rip off. Offers "free" trial but if you don't reject it within 14 days you're charged $85, no refund, even if you did not receive or open the product. View Better Business Bureau site for 60 or so complaints. Don't be fooled. Worst business "customer service" I've ever encountered.

Tip for consumers:
Don't accept "free" offer. Not Free. See Better Business Bureau website for more than 60 bad reviews.

I guess in small print I was told to respond within 14 days. A survey they asked us to complete "after we have tried Nuvalift for 30 days." I thought I had 30 days to respond by reading that print.
Therefore at 15 days prompt I saw a huge charge on my bank account. No merchandise still has been delivered and that is 10 days later. They are prompt to get the charge on the account. I tried to call and just keep putting on hold and I held for 30 or 40 minutes and finally their line hung up to disconnect. I wanted to tell them I am returning the item so I could make the packaging correctly. I'm just sending it without getting thru to them because I can see that within another 15 days they will be putting another charge on my account. I am 71 and live only on SS of $1200 and I have no other income or assets to continue using this item. I don't think there is probably much help for a 71 year old anyway.

This company has a well-planned out scam. Get a free trial for 4.95, and if you don't receive it, not their fault. If you don't call within 15 days, not their fault, they debit 84.87. By the time you realise you never received it they have charged another 84.87. Both Rep and her supervisor told me there is no "trial" everything is the real size and you are charged for it if you don't call within the 15 days.

When I complained about not receiveing they said I did, and there is no refund. I was told I can't read, and am unnatural becuase I didn't check my bank statement fast enough to notice they had charged me.

My complaint is about on-line offer for Nuva Lift face cream. I received an on-line survey that offered a "free gift" if I completed it. I chose Nuva Lift as gift and entered my credit card and address info to cover $4.95 in shipping/handling. The offer did not mention that this order initiated a 14-day trial period after which I would be charged $84.87 for this "free gift." This was explained in "Terms and Conditions" which you had to click on separately to see - literally "the fine print." I didn't look at terms and conditions - my mistake. The $84.87 charge showed up today on my cc. I called Nuva Lift to cancel and request a full refund. Nuva Lift offered a $63.65 refund if I return the product to them at my expense. My complaint is based on false and misleading advertising, i. E. labeling this a "free gift," and then charging an exorbitant price. I looked up Nuva Lift on the San Diego BBB site - they have a rating of "F". BBB has received 101 complaints in past 12 months. Consumer explanations of complaints are mostly identical to mine. False advertising. False "free gift." No way to get full refund, etc. I am seeking a full refund. I also believe it is time for the States Attorney's Office to do what is feasible to stop this San Diego-based company from scamming customers in the future.

I as offered a sample of Nevalift by Amazon as a reward for answering their questions about the quality of products I purchased. The only condition was my agreement to pay $4.95 for shipping. I happily agreed since they told me that my reward was worth $84.00 and change. I received the product and three weeks later noticed a charge of for $84.00 and change on my credit card statement. I immediately called Nevalift and asked them to remove the charge. The nice lady on the phone explained that she understood my problem which was that I hadn't read the offer correctly. When I explained that I considered this to be fraudulent marketing, she suggested a $23.00 refund as a compromise solution since the misunderstanding was my fault. So I explained that I was calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. And I did. A few hours later I received a call from a manager at Nevalift asking me not to call the credit card company and that Nevalift would refund my money. When I explained that I had already called my credit company she asked that I call them again and explain that the problem was resolved. I did that, but added that I didn't trust Nevalift to refund my money. The credit card dispute resolution person didn't seem to trust them either. She said she would pursue the complaint and guaranteed that they would block Nevalift from repeating the charges over time. If you dare buy any of their products, please use a credit card.

My husband initially purchased a "sample" of NuvaLift from a an internet pop up advertisement. Shortley thereafter, he received his credit card bill and there were two charges on it from NuvaLift. The first charge dated 11/19/14 was for $4.95. The second charge dated 12/03/14 was for $84.87. He did not purchase or agree to purchase anything after buying the sample. He reported the second charge to his credit card company advising that the felt the $84.87 charge was fraudulent and asked that it be removed. He attempted to contact NuvaLift on several occasions. When a representative finally answered she told him that the $4.95 was a trial offer and that he was required to contact them and cancel if he chose to do so. He did not remember any such requirement on the internet. He told the woman this and asked for the last charge to be canceled. She said she couldn't do that. He then asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she couldn't connect him to a supervisor because it would take at least forty-five minutes. He then left his phone number and asked her to have a supervisor call him.

My husband then filed a complaint with the Office of the Attorny General for the State of California (since this was the only address we had at the time for NuvaLift), both online and in writing, as well as with the Virginia Office of the Attorny General. Had we had the Las Vegas, NV address he would have filed with that state's Office of Attorney General as well. This is very easy to do and it turned out to be effective for us. We received a letter from the CA Attorney General's office advising that they would contact NuvaLift and let them know that he had filed a complaint against them and requested a response from them regarding my husband's concerns. Today I received a call from NuvaLift. They said they had credited my husband's credit card for the $84.87 charge and cancelled the membership. This is truly a scam! Don't fall for it!
