I work with multiple long-term care companies and have never experienced such horrible customer service as I have with Genworth. I submit claims on a weekly basis to all of our long-term care insurance companies. Genworth has made multiple errors and each time They underpaid us it takes them an additional 10 days to process the money that was originally owed to us. I finally got so frustrated that I asked to file a grievance and was told that the "president" of Genworth would be contacting me that was over a week ago. I would never recommend Genworth to anyone they are a disgrace to long-term care insurance
