“The worst customer service I have ever received.”

I placed an order and immediately called to cancel it. They refused. It didn't ship for another 3 days. Then I refused the delivery and they still will not refund me. When I call it is like talking to a child. They have absolutely no clue about anything. They say they will maybe refund you in a month or two.

Tip for consumers:
I have gotten better customer service at a garage sale.
