Ordered toothbrush wanted to return didn't need another expensive toothbrush. Called them they try to discourage you from returning. You have print your order form. Send it with your name birthday etc., etc. all at your cost. And they take 10 to 12 weeks to refund you with a visa gift card that expires in 6 months. Worst customer service. This company should be ashamed of themselves. I wouldn't buy from them if they were the only company on earth. Go to Amazon. Much better to deal with and cheaper Done

I ordered an electric toothbrush through oral B.com that was confirmed, then immediately cancelled, apparently because my address via automatic refill was in capital letters, rather than the way it is listed on my banking info. Long story (4 attempted orders, 4 cancellations despite using paypal on 2 of those, multiple phone calls to oral B "customer service" & to my bank (who confirmed it was oral b cancelling the order.) 2 3/4 hrs later after a 5th call to oral B, after remaining on hold yet again for 30 min, after I was finally able to place the order using my husband's paypal, the supervisor authorized the refund balance of current price with original sale price. Don't go through oral b.com. Total nightmare. If I could give zero stars, I would.

If your order is automatically cancelled by oral B, do not bother trying to reorder. They have serious IT problems. Once cancelled, you will never be able to reorder. Talked to supervisor Alexander who was NOT helpful. (he could not see any problem with my orders either.) I had to make the suggestion that I use another family member's name & paypal (or a credit card.) Finally got the order at the original sale price ($50 off), but it was multiple headaches & many wasted hours.

I have used oral b brushes for over twenty years. I have had to buy 4 in the past 6 mths. Whats going on? They work for 2 to3 weeks then dead all 4 the same thing. My first brush lasted 6 yrs. Not good enough
I bought Gum Care Compact toothbrush at Walmart. I liked it alot. I never been another one since I bought the first one. I've looked in other stores with no success. I went to Oral-B website only to be more frustrated. Today I called customer service. I'm in Houston TX 4th largest city in USA. I have not found it in the most convenient zip. I gave customer service two other zip codes. They are not even able to say if it is discontinued so I can stop looking. I won't be using this company again!
I placed an order and immediately called to cancel it. They refused. It didn't ship for another 3 days. Then I refused the delivery and they still will not refund me. When I call it is like talking to a child. They have absolutely no clue about anything. They say they will maybe refund you in a month or two.

Poor quality spinning head, too stiff. You have to work with the switch to get it to turn on. They function this way soon after purchasing. Why the sudden poor quality? It is not worth a one star rating.

This is false advertising and all this disrespect to the customer
In this company, not even a single person is accountable or responsible
I no longer know where and to whom I should complain
I bought from the company and the order was sent to me by the company called The Hut Group
But what is the order of an empty box filled with waste paper, and for this box I paid 280 euros
Since November 17, I have been trying to correspond with this company with documents, photos and emails, but there is no clear answer and solution.
Just a repeated email, sorry! What does regret do to me now?

Can someone be found to accept this responsibility?
I searched the internet and realized that I am not the only victim of Oralb and The Hut Group, many people have complaints and no one is responding.
I just wish that other people would do a little research on the internet before buying from you and realize that they don't fall prey to false advertising.

Absolutely terrible with Oral B.
I've ordered a toothbrush that is way too loud and destroying my gums. So I decided to return it and use money back guarantee policy.
First you need to call few times to get the number of a department that deals with returns. I've sent it back- spent time, money, waited for few months- nothing. No information from the company on status of my return. So I had to call them back - they told me that refund is approved and they needed additional information - I've sent them the information.
In 21st century two only ways for customer support in oral b are emails and phone calls.
Anyway the lady sent me an email that she will keep me updated (after I asked to do it and waited few more weeks). It's been around 6 months since I tried to return the goods and I've just received it back (and I don't like and don't want it). Feels like the only goal of this company is to sell you things and do not care about any satisfaction. The return process drags you through rounds of useless calls and you never get refunded. BTW they don't do refunds - they supposed to issue a pre paid card for you - wich makes it easier not to give you a refund, and you have to share personal information as well. The worst customer experience I've ever had.

Not happy with the Oral B toothbrush, any pressure on the head and it won't spin, very weak! I bought a Sonicare and boy what a difference in power and cleaning!
Got the new toothbrush for Xmas last year. I'm very happy with the product. However, less than a year later the battery only lasts a few days and the limescale builds around the head of the toothbrush despite being cleaned properly twice a day. Not happy
No way to find out if you make firm manual toorhbrushes. And you assume where i live - and you were WRONG. Back to colgate
I purchased a new Oral B power toothbrush in December 2016 and registered my new toothbrush on the Oral B website to receive additional coupons towards future purchases of oral b brush heads (which I was looking forward to, as those brush heads are pricey!)
I contacted Oral B via email and never received a response or any coupons and it's been four months.
Love Oral B products, but dislike the poor customer service.
I found a mold in my toothbrush. I cleaned up my toothbrush, and it looks like clean. But I dropped the toothbrush head, and saw a black mold. I'm sending a pictures.
I wrote to Oral-B customer service. The customer service wrote me: Clean the unit with a damp cloth. And said, that I'm a bad housewife - "While this issue is very rare, it can occur if the brush is stored in a location that is exposed to mold and bacteria..." What's mean? Where is this location?
And I received coupon $7! For buy 4 brush heads. They really know the prices in a stores)
The customer service works really awful. And I will not recommend this company in future.
The last news.
I changed the toothbrush head, and less than 2 months after use it - again mold.
