“Untrustworthy - offered refund ages ago. Still not received it!”

Failed to refund a measly £10 for a live sport subscription. Instead they told me to stop making false claims. If I had the time I would take this to court. Don't use this firm because they do not believe you if there is a problem. They are downright ignorant.
Update
Steer away. They are pathetic. Even now they give stupid comments and don't raise all I want is the refund I was promised over the phone!

Tip for consumers:
Don't use them. If it doesn't work you won't get a refund.
