This company offers great features and everything seems to work awesome as far as functionality. One CON is if you send a newsletter there is currently no way to pause it or stop it.
The biggest issue I had with this company is that initially emails sent using this service reached the intended inbox mainly the GMail Primary inbox. In about two weeks after purchasing the service EVERY EMAIL I SENT eventually went to SPAM FOLDERS AND PROMOTIONS TAB. Even if I sent a simple text email containing the words "HELLO" I checked my company's domain reputation FLAWLESS I even added different domain names to my account and sent test campaigns using different sending emails. EVERYTHING EVERY EMAIL went to spam and the PROMOTIONS TAB on Gmail. The really frustrating part is if I sent a marketing or promotional email directly from my company email using outlook I could not get it to go to SPAM or the PROMOTIONS tab.
Support pretends not to understand.
I have no reason to make any of this up. I absolutely love the features and the ease of use. I would LOVE for this service to be useful. If you are a professional spammer and if you get paid for your emails going to spam folders this is the service for you.
