Please be very careful of using Opodo to book any travel arrangements as they will take the money out of your account and will not provide you with the service that you have paid for. If you contact their call centre they will try to fob you off and will then cut off your call. If you try to complain online when you get to the end of the complaint form it will say that there is an error in your submission. I have checked with companies house and it seems that a majority of the directors have resigned within a short period of time, and that the company no longer operates from within the UK.
