Simply put if you need anything resolved and you contact HobbyKing Support Center, you are in for a frustrating day. They resolve absolutely nothing. I think they exists just to return emails, like a robot, but do nothing to resolve the issue. I think HobbyKing should save themselves money and close out the Support Center. Just have automated emails.
