Our company recently uploaded our first publication on Issuu.com. We have found the site's navigation fairly intuitive, and have been able to chat with customer services reps for any other issues we could not solve ourselves. In both cases with chat, the rep quickly answered our questions. In another case, we emailed a question to support and received and answer with a couple of hours. We are using our own marketing to drive readership to our magazine, and have been very pleased with the results. No one has had any problems accessing the magazine on Issuu.com
