Placed an order with OC and after 5 days got no shipping confirmation. I emailed them and was informed it would ship out on November 11th. After receiving no tracking number via email as promised I contacted them again. They replied saying my order would ship today and that they would email my tracking info shortly... Needless to say its the end of the day and I have no tracking number. Poor service. Only hoping the products make up for it (and that I actually get them) but I wouldn't go through the trouble of ordering from them again.

I ordered over $100USD in items and chose DHL as the shipping method as I wanted to stay on top of where the package was... I was a bit paranoid after reading some of the negative reviews. Well everything arrived in 3 days! The customer service is exceptional... I got responses to all my questions within an hour or two. Although te quality is somewhat wanting, you can't beat the prices so very happy and will definitely be ordering from them again. The only shortcoming is that shipping is somewhat expensive.
