Do not trust this company! I ordered few items, First David Gorman said they shipped it, and the shipment was lost. Tracking showed it was never picked up. Then he said few items were damaged, so will ship 12 out of 15. Accepted that. A Month later, my event is tommorrow, I don't have the items. Only Good thing is, they refunded.
This is completely untrue. First, you received one lantern by USPS, which you later got for free. Second, here is what really happened the portion of your order that was to be shipped by UPS was packaged and picked up by UPS, they did not scan it upon pickup. Then UPS loses the package because they can not track it through their system, which they admitted. You were contacted regarding this fact, this package contained your 14 lanterns that you did not receive. I was told by the warehouse that there were 9 out of 14 available. You were contacted about this fact and told us to ship what we had. While waiting for your answer about shipping the 9 lanterns, the California wildfires caused an emergency evacuation so when I contacted the office to send them out there was no one there to complete the revision. The fires kept everyone out of the offices for 3 days, at which point I was told that there were no longer any of them in stock. At this point we refunded you all of your money for the 15 lanterns. Now while we apologize and feel terrible about this situation, there were various circumstances that were well beyond our control, and feel that you are unfairly attacking us, all this after you praised us for our customer service. Which we still have the email.
