I purchased a Heat Exchange unit. The unit arrived in manufacturers original box and was damaged in transit.
Suggested shipping replacement in a second box to increase chance of survival. Replacement came packaged the same way and damaged again. Third attempt again requested second box no difference.
Now there are none left to ship I have been offered a refund. Very pleasant customer service people, but the actual service from their shipping department is terrible. 3 1/2 weeks later I still have no heater for may pool and looks like no more availability so summer with a cold pool Thanks!
