I seldom write reviews but this time I should let Shopee and the public know. First a Shopee Seller (SMStore) sold and sent me 2 defective ( out of 10 items). I returned the 2 defective items and now Shopee is giving me a hard time to give me a refund after all the email exchanges and pictures. My case has a different agent and case number everytime I call or email Shopee so it is very easy to confuse and delay refund processing. All in all Shopee Philippines and SM Store (a supplier) you both deserve a WAY BELOW ONE STAR RATING
