No information was provided to me for over 12 hours that the ticket price was sold out and I had to reach out to find this information. When the flight was finally booked and confirmed I was not provided with the new confirmation number for the airline. I was provided with wrong confirmation code for the airline. I could not pull up my reservation on the airline website. I had to call them and give them additional details and they added my booking in their system. It should have been done properly by the smart Fair employees.
