What is going on at Listia? I have been unable to use my account for about a year. I notified Listia. Why cannot I get them to open my account? I have worked with five or six "helpers" at Listia, explaining why I have been gone, and they have the nerve to tell me they have tried multiple times, that they cannot find a way to reset my password so I can open my account. Can you imagine computer techs that can't reset a password? This sounds illegal, irresponsible and duplicitous. I suppose they have taken my almost 100,000 credits.
