A claim for Alibaba payment. They received my wire transfer on day march 26, Funds were taken from my bank account same day.( Other seller receive same day payment when I wire direct)but Alibaba police is pay sellers after 4-5 working days after receiving a payment. So Payment was already 4 working days waiting and still Alibaba holding funds. I chat claiming them, they say no way I have to wait. I express my disappointment, frustration and indignation against this unfair abuse of power. After the claiming chat they immediately transfer the funds to seller with a date 1 day previous, so it looks nice timing in records. My indignation is the abuse of the power to his customers, when they have to give the best service deserved and do not take advantage holding funds that do not belong to them.
