I have a really good credit rating all of a sudden my score was dropping ongoing 5 days straight little by little. Phone notifications pinging daily, it was credit sesame notifying me of credit inquiries from various banks for credit cards and attempted purchase of furniture. ALL FRAUDULENT inquiries someone using my social security no. After I recuperated from SHOCK, I read the various tools on what to do and the fight was on to save my credit which had taken a long while to build up already. It was necessary to freeze my credit reports on all 3 bureaus and place fraud alerts to save myself from severe damage. The inquiry notifications were warnings to me for the fight to begin on my part and it DID! I am having these inquiries removed so my score will go back up. THANKS for this monitoring site because I would'nt have quickly known something is seriously wrong. Credit Karma was on top of things, the alerts notified me someone was making numerous credit inquiries back to back in 4 days. I was traumatized, after I collected my self I went into action obtaining free credit reports and there were 9 fraudulent inquiries pulling my credit score down.
