I ordered in the spur of the moment thinking it was a good deal. I then cancelled MINUTES later (4 minutes) However they still shipped out the goods few hours later which were worth £454, although their policy clearly states "orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time until the order is shipped". After weeks of going back and forth regarding the return they are just ignoring my messages after saying they would refund return postage and the cost of the order. Very unprofessional! Please stay away!
