I struggled so much financially, was desperate. Received the phone offer from them and Ms Kate Miller (trader, ac manager) assured me i can have peace of mind because Secured Options is serious CO and they even gave me Insurance Certificate (what a Lie) for my deposit amount so I have nothing to loose. In less then 3 months my ac was doubled. I applied for withdrawal, same day received a phone call From Ms Kate Miller offering to cancell withdrawal because comming UK referendum will bring us so much more. Advised her that I dont feel comfortable and that I am not at home to log in and cancel the withdrawal and that I will thing about it. An hour later i was not even able to log in any more. Phoned her and she advised me that there are some technical issues and gave me Overriding password so I can change my password. I was in a shock when I logged in. My withdrawal was cancelled -She ILLEGALLY accessed my ac by removing my password and using overriding one and All my 10,400 were gone- And not just that. She used my ""Insurance "" money to place other trades on the same day of the above loss and All new trades placed without my consent and with insurance money - all that was lost as well. Then I was allocated to Recovery Section, That manager asked for $2,000 in order to try to recover losses. At that point I was simple desperate and devastated. My money left for medical bills i used but not $2,000 as requested but 1,000. Same day Recover Manager was gone to Germany (?) due to the illness of his father (?). He then managed for one day to recover my deposit money and the next day all was gone again. SInce then I am not able to contact any one from this Company. Accounts Department completely ignoring all my emails, Mr Richards (recover manager) was repeating it is out of his control (?), Compliance Department did the same, simple ignored all my emails...
