I bought shoes which come damaged. More than 20 days customer support had not help me. Most of time they just didnt answer to my emails.
At the end they send a courier to me to return the shoes and receive my money - of course for that luxury I had to pay the shipping cost, VAT etc for the first shipping.
Never never again!
Absolutely bul$#*!!
There are a lot of better sites in EU - with an original items and perfect customer support.
