The item I received has no packaging or label. It's terribly wrapped and the plastic sides were damaged.
To be specific, the outside packaging was a big old plastic bag that was taped over and over and as soon as I opened it, the two very cheaply made feeders had no box or label. They just flew out. This is not to mention how terribly the feeders were made. The sides were wrinkled damaged plastic.
This is an imitation product.
I asked for a refund and the store refused.
