Astoundingly bad quality - I've never seen worse materials. 90% of stuff looks suuuuper cheap live, whereas photos are very misleading. Also, they don't even mention the material online on half of the items.
Returns aren't free, so you almost pay as much as the cost of the items. Amazingly rude.
No customer service. Would NEVER reorder. Ever. Worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
Now I'm only hoping they'll have to pay customs before getting their OWN stuff. Karma's a $#*!.
