I placed an order and the money was not removed from my account. When they tried to remove the funds it wasn't there, I saw the charge on my statement and assumed the money was taken out immediately, as would be normal. When I had to cancel my order and I complained about this system I got the following response from a gentleman named Joe when I said I would warn potential customers about this confusing practice and tell them to not order from here due my bad experience (this is copied and pasted directly from my inbox):
"We sorry you feel that way but do not understand why you blame the company. You card decline and even if we did charge before- hand the funds should have been in your account. When you do warn people to stay away please note that you did not budget for the purchase."
I ended up finding a better product for WAY CHEAPER on Amazon.
