“The door doesn't fit cause the top part is larger”

The door doesn't fit cause the top part has been added on top of it, which makes it too thick to fit in the patio door. When looking this up, it's a common issue for which LaLuna is getting criticized for. Their solution... Cut the piece yourself and void your warranty! This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

A friend used them and had a great experience. We didn't.
