On November 23rd I bought a PC that arrives on February 27th. The pc arrives inoperative and hangs at the first startup.
I immediately write to the assistance to ask to return the defective PC and get my money back and it turns out to be an impossible mission.
Sending mail with photos and video of the defect, I am told that they cannot repay me back because the purchase was made in November and too much time had passed... to the nth email in which I explain that I had bought it in November but for their problems it was received only 3 days before my request for return, they decide to give me the address for the return. Shipping costs against me of 30 euros which should be reimbursed. More than a month has passed since they received the PC (April 3) and I have not been given any feedback. Clearly, my money has not been credited back to me. I keep asking for explanations that don't come. So I find myself without a PC and without credit, having spent 30 euros for international shipping in Spain... Pray you have no problems or you will be left to yourself.
