Ordered my Christmas ornament on cyber Monday thinking it would be here within two weeks, or so the tracker said. On 12/14 I called and asked about the status of my package and the women told me it would be here by Monday the 17th. Monday comes and still nothing. I call on Wednesday and the customer service lady says it is in New York (I'm in Hawaii btw) and that she would express ship one and it would be here in two days. Two minutes after the phone call I get an email that says my order has been cancelled and I'm getting a refund. RIDICULOUS
