The contacts I ordered came in quickly and were in good condition. I'm very happy with that service. There has been a problem with the mail in rebate though. I mailed it 4-5 weeks ago, and I reached out via the lens.com chat and they said that they had not received it. So that is frustration. I don't know if that's on the postal service or lens.com, but it is frustrating. They instructed me to resend the rebate form. So we will see if that works.
