I can't understand why companies like Vitacost (which I love), and companies like Chewys (which I like) would continue to use such a horrible delivery service. They repeatedly lie, leave packages at the WRONG addresses (good thing I know my neighbors) or in the rain unprotected. REALLY! THEY NEED TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS! DO NOT USE THEM!
