Negligence is the name of the game here,,, everytime one of my cars there they get some nicks, scratches or even serious damage somehow, let alone the service you get makes sure your problem is not fixed the first time, the second time or the third... In my case months of agony, lies, and deceptive practices. One of the service managers "A", acts like a bouncer, + rude and unprofessional... Reached out to the general manager and the same same: deception, lies and carelessness... STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR CARS
