Negligence is the name of the game here,,, everytime one of my cars there they get some nicks, scratches or even serious damage somehow, let alone the service you get makes sure your problem is not fixed the first time, the second time or the third... In my case months of agony, lies, and deceptive practices. One of the service managers "A", acts like a bouncer, + rude and unprofessional... Reached out to the general manager and the same same: deception, lies and carelessness... STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR CARS

Was tough doing business with this company. All LIES and nothing more. Last Thursday I made a purchase of 4 injectors for my BMW and paid for them and for Expedited Next day delivery and was promised they have a lot in stock. On friday my items were not even shipped. After numerous precious HOURS on the phone, they promised they will ship on Friday but that means no delivery till Monday (Next Day no weekend delivery)... I verified with UPS delivery time at 10:30AM so i asked my BMW dealer to get my car in the shop and start 12pm. Today Monday my shipment arrived with only ONE injector out of 4(AND it was OPENED, probably returned). Been on the phone since the morning HOURS of boring waiting with stupid phone prompter trying to be funny, after a long wait they either disconnect you or say empty promises to get you off their back. Meanwhile I paid the minimum one hour labor at the dealer $190 for not providing the parts to work on the car they started on. Now 7:30 pm I have no car, nor tomorrow, and may be never if I count on this company... They claim they put one injector in the shipping box and "forgot the other three"... After many more hours waiting on the phone all the promises earlier that the other 3 injectors will be overnighted for tomorrow were LIES. I just got off the phone with customer service Megan she was VERY unhelpful, but said i did not pay for another expedited next day delivery, so no shipment was made AND she said somebody will call me within 24 to 48 yes FORTY EIGHT HOURS, If I wanted to wait 48 hours only to get an answer or excuse I would have been much better off ordering from A local store who promised me delivery within 3 days and I prefered next day with these guys CariD... STAYYYYYY AWAYYY and do NOT buy from these LIARS... Knowing how they operate at Carid, their next response, after they said it a hundred times, will be: "give us your order number and we will see what we can do?!"
