AliExpress just protect their people not customer, they never investigate your case. They just see tracking was delivered and picture from seller. Did not know that tracking number was of someone else and picture is their front door. ( because seller input tracking number of someone else add it to your order).

Tip for consumers:
Be aware , this web site not protect the buyer, just protect their people ( seller)
