Okay so I've had multiple issues in the past with things like accidental orders, replacement blades getting sent without me subscribing, and the occasional mysterious charge on my card showing up. These things normally get me agitated and angry, but the second I reached out to customer service they resolved all of my issues with zero questions. They're polite, efficient, and understanding. I have never seen a customer support for a company be this exceptional, and it is for that reason alone that I will be recommending this company and their products to everyone who inquires.
