Who doesn't want to help people that are helping dogs? That's the trap! This company may care about dogs but they certainly don't care about humans. They lead you to believe you are helping to feed dogs, but it's at the expense of your happiness. Don't ever expect to speak with someone at this company. They are set up to only respond via email AND they give themselves several days to respond, not hours…precious time that could help you as a consumer to be better informed on your purchasing decisions and lead times. They will bait you into purchasing items that are not even available…tying up your money and stealing your time. They are based on greed alone, don't be fooled by their crafty website as it simply a front. I was told my order shipped, when it arrived, 1 of 5 items that were paid for were included. 13 days later after several emails to find my order, they finally tell me the items ordered were never available to begin with even though their website clearly advertised the opposite. Now I'm waiting on getting money back and only days to find replacement Christmas gifts.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t be fooled. They may claim to be helping dogs but they are not helping humans.

I am so sorry to hear that you did not receive all of the items you ordered due to stock issues! To explain how this happened, our system automatically updates to remove products from our online store when stock is low. On occasion, we may receive multiple orders just before this happens. As a result, when we pick your order we discover this stock is no longer in our warehouse! Whenever this occurs, our customers are fully refunded for the out-of-stock item and for the shipping and handling fees.
