I'm a designer of several decades and I know how to prepare artwork, and how it will print. This company's art dept. is UNREACABLE, you cannot speak with them, you have to go through polite representatives and/or send numerous notes after declining incorrect proofs, which ap[parently no one reads. They altered our artwork without permission and for no technical reason. I get that they likely think they are good at production (and design...) but the things they did caused us to have to find another vendor - and we then quickly, got the job done without changing our artwork and for half the price.
