A new mom friend recently asked me about my glider and Ottoman that I have moved from the nursery to my office, so I looked up where it came from because I remember having such a good experience with the company. The same mom brought up concerns after reading some negative reviews. I found my original receipt and invoice and saw that my delivery was slightly delayed, but only by a few days. After doing further research, it appears that the issues are specific to certain vendor(s). I would consider when placing an order to clearly ask about that vendor's track record and if it's the offender, request an alternate option from another vendor they deal with. My experience was great and my furniture has stood the test of time, as my daughter actually tried to reclaim the awesome chair & ottoman from my office.
